This was such a great example how the weather on the day did not overshadow the full fledged Lebanese party machine… I was really inspired by all the comments about the below trailer from friends and family of Priscilla and Ramsay…. such a great wedding and and beautiful culture.
Our Lady of Victories is a prominently sited landmark in Brisbane and is rare example of a Catholic Church built as a war memorial to World War I.
Many features of the church reflect this initial purpose including glazing and memorial plaques and an illuminated cross surmounting the tower.
The Our Lady of Victories church is located on Bowen Hill, the same hill where Cloudland once stood until 1983, and can be seen for miles around. The building opened in 1925, in a Spanish Mission architecture style that was common in Brisbane at the time.
Overlooking the golf course and city skyline, Victoria Park offers couples and their guests a wedding celebration to remember.
The sparkling chandeliers of the grand Marquee, a classic and contemporary sit-down reception in the charmingly old-world Marble Bar, or a slightly more casual but chic cocktail celebration, one of their six wedding spaces makes Victoria Park a fantastic wedding venue.
