Jess and Steve’s wedding cinematography Gold Coast was definitely fun and romantic.
It was nice that I was able to attend the rehearsal a couple of days before the wedding as I knew immediately that the day was going to be fun. I was so happy that the weather held up for the ceremony.
The boys got ready at the Chevron Renaissance at Surfers Paradise from where we moved on to capture Jess and the girls getting ready. Jess left for the ceremony in a really cool combi van which just looked so fun. Other highlights from the day were the romantic beach ceremony, heartfelt speeches and Steve performing “the fireman”.
Roaming around the lighthouse at the top of Fingal head after the ceremony was a fantastic photo opportunity and the lighting was amazing in the late afternoon. Oskars restaurant was definitely a beautiful backdrop for the reception with an intimate atmosphere that made the night come alive as Oskars have been catering for weddings for over 15 years.
From getting ready to partying the night away, this was in fact a very special wedding to capture as the vibe throughout the day was very relaxed and joyous. The beach location of the ceremony was really beautiful as well, so let’s hope the council continues to allow weddings to take place in this magic location.
Finishing off the night with the hearfelt speeches from everyone create a few shed tears before everyone got stuck into dancing the night away.
